Chicken Chop~!

Memasuki trimester 3 nih, or specific sikit 30th weeks and onwards, saya mempunyai kegemaran baru iaitu memasak. Yes, you read my words right, I love cooking. In fact I preferred to eat my own homemade foods rather than to eat outside.

Reasons being?

Hygiene issue. And better choice for my healthy diet plan. Sudah badan seberat ini, baby juge se-boolat itu, baru terhegeh-hegeh nak makan secara sihat. Or better still, takde jimat bajet makan luar.

Or maybe because I'm having this sudden feeling that "I need to cook for my husband. Be it only telur goreng mata kerbau. or lembu or whatever." I'm touched by everything that he has done for me especially in dealing with pregnant-monster like me. =P And as wifey, I don't think that I've done as much as he did except carrying his baby that soon will weight just like daddy. Basuh baju, lipat baju, buat breakfast, kemas bilik, errr tu je la kot?

So, I with a bit of skill (yet to develop) that I have, I cooked for dinner last night. Muchas gracias for the internet as I can easily dive into list of recipes on MamaFami and KakLiza fotopages and tadaaa, here my easy-peesy Chicken Chop for dinner.

*Helo?? Untuk kategori tangan-keras-nak-pegang-senduk like me, Chicken Chop adalah dikira mencabar jugak okeh. And takde instant2 sauce okeh, I did both blackpepper and mushroom sauce sendiri you (of course with the help of recipe taken from the fotopages). Hihihihihi....



Chicken Chop (credit to Kak Liza's FP)

Bahan
3 keping daging dada ayam [boneless]
Kentang goreng [I pakai brand Giant, hancusss~! Try to use other brand la kot?]
3 helai daun salad [takde dalam fridge, so tuka pakai broccoli ajo]
1 jagung rebus [potong 3]
1 biji tomato [hiris ]

Bahan perap
1 s/b rempah kari ayam
1 s/b sos tiram
1 s/k cili mesin [tak guna pun ini]
1 s/k serbuk lada hitam
1 s/b minyak

Cara
1. Gaulkan ayam dengan bahan perapan dan perap selama 3 jam
2. Panaskan minyak dan gorengkan ayam yg diperap sehingga masak.
3. Susunkan semua bahan dalam pinggan steak dan siramkan dengan sos berempah.

SOS LADA HITAM

Bahan
1 bawang besar [didadu]
2 bawang putih [dicincang]
4-5 sudu besar lada hitam [kisar]
2 sudu besar tomato sos
2 sudu besar kicap
1 cawan air rebusan tulang ayam/daging
1 sudu kecil tepung jagung bancuh ngan air sikit
garam dan sedikit gula
minyak untuk tumis

Cara
1. Tumis bawang & bawang putih sampai layu.
2. Bila sudah agak wangi, masukkan air rebusan tulang ayam.
3. Bila dah pekat masukkan tomato sos, lada hitam, kicap dn tepung jagung.
4. Kacau sebati dan masak mengikut kepekatan sos yg dikehendaki
perisakan garam n gula secukup rasa.
5. Hidangkan bersama ayam atau ayam

SOS CENDAWAN

Bahan
1 bawang besar [didadu]
2 bawang putih [dicincang]
1 sudu besar serbuk lada sulah
1 sudu besar lada hitam
1 tin mushroom sup
1/2 cawan mushroom [cincang halus]
1/2 cawan air rebusan tulang ayam/daging
1 sudu besar tepung jagung bancuh ngan air sikit
garam dan sedikit gula
minyak untuk tumis

Cara
1. Tumis bawang & bawang putih sampai layu.
2. Bila sudah agak wangi, masukkan air rebusan tulang ayam.
3. Bila dah pekat masukkan mushroom soup, mushroom cincang, lada hitam, lada putih dn tepung jagung.
4. Kacau sebati dan masak mengikut kepekatan sos yg dikehendaki
perisakan garam n gula secukup rasa.
5. Hidangkan bersama ayam atau ayam bakar atau pun chicken chop.




: : Kire jadi lah. Rasa lah macam chicken chop. Takde lah rasa jadi cam steak ke ape. ehehehe : :
