A step closer to my target :)

My apology for not updating my diary regularly but I promise will do it soonest. Had a lot going on recently yet still having a long list of things-to-do #___# and adding more pressure to my already hectic schedule is my sprained ankle. Lagi mau cepat bergerak, kaki pulak terseliuh. Tak apa lah, dugaan Allah. 

Nevertheless, hati tetap berbunga riang because my latest weight is 68.6kg. Ok. Hope that scale tak tipu I lah.  Hahaha. On top of that, I dah boleh pakai baju-baju lama especially my old office attire from Zara and MNG hehehehe...That two brands, aiyoh I tell you, walaupun label tulis size EUR 40 ker, XL ker, tapi kalau badan tak berapa nak kurus, tetap lah tak boleh pakai.

Frankly speaking, my journey to kurus is not as easy as seen, if I tak hold myself firmly to these two words; SABAR & KONSISTEN, I probably won't see much effect like now. Week 1 and week 2 biasa sahaja, the scale start improving bila masuk week 3. And now that I dah nampak hasil, semangat tu lebih lah lagi. Hehehe...I am very positive that I boleh sampai checkpoint 65 dalam sebulan lagi. Wahhhhhhh gituuu. InsyaAllah :)

And guess what?

Pak Ngah Kown is now under my strict supervision untuk lose weight jugak! :) with Herbalife. A bit difficult untuk arrange for my husband, sebab dia memanjang on the move, bukan duduk office tapi demi keazaman nak tengok suami kurus *biar hensem macam Zahid zaman muda mudi hewhewhew* I buat jugak plan-plan yang sepatutnya. Tak mudah tapi tak susah. I shall share about it in later entry. Tak cool la sumbat semua dalam one entry, hehe...

Till then, "Lose Weight Now, Ask Me How" Hahahha! Tu dia entry promo mak keluaq dah. :P
