Early morning - 250ml water + 250ml water + 250ml tea mix
Breakfast - 300ml shake (300ml plain water + 3tbsp F1 + 1tbsp F3) + 750ml water
Snack - 800ml plain water + Wheatgrass Shot (rasa rumput! obviously) + Apple Celery Juice
Lunch - Nasik lauk + 350ml tea mix
In between - 750ml water
Dinner - 300ml shake + 300 ml tea mix + 300ml water

Total plain water: 3.10L
Total tea mix: 0.90L



Wheatgrass shot. Seperti namanya, GRASS, memang rasa rumput. Haha! 


Friday - 17/02/2012

Early morning - 250ml water + 250ml water + 250ml tea mix
Breakfast - 300ml shake (300ml plain water + 3tbsp F1 + 1tbsp F3) + 750ml water
Snack - 1 green apple + 750ml tea mix
Lunch - Nandos Quarter Chicken + 450ml water
In between - 750ml water + 500ml tea mix
Dinner - 300ml shake + 400ml water + 400ml water

Total plain water: 3.25L
Total tea mix: 1.50L


Saturday - 18/02/2012

Early morning - 250ml water + 250ml water + 250ml tea mix
Breakfast - 300ml shake (300ml plain water + 3tbsp F1 + 1tbsp F3) + 750ml water
Snack - 1 green apple + 400ml tea mix + 400ml tea mix
Lunch - Nasi Lauk + 450ml water
In between - 500ml apple celery juice + 500ml water + 400ml tea mix
Dinner - 300ml shake + 600ml water

Total plain water: 2.80L
Total tea mix: 1.45L

Sunday - 19/02/2012

Early morning - 250ml water + 250ml water + 250ml tea mix
Breakfast - 300ml shake (300ml plain water + 3tbsp F1 + 1tbsp F3) + 800ml water
Snack - 1 green apple
Lunch - Nasi Lauk + 600ml water + 400ml tea mix
In between - 500ml water + 500ml water
Dinner - 300ml shake + 500ml tea mix

Total plain water: 2.90L
Total tea mix: 1.15L

Monday - 20/02/2012

Lunch - Tuna Sandwich + 500ml water + 400ml tea mix
In between - 500ml water + 500ml water + 250ml tea mix
Dinner - 300ml shake + 300ml tea mix + 250ml water

Tuesday - 21/02/2012

Lunch - Sandwich + 400ml water + 400ml tea mix
Snack - 300ml shake + 200ml water + 800ml tea mix
Dinner - Sandwich + 1500ml water

Total plain water: 4.20L
Total tea mix: 2.25L


Akhir kata, ini latest progress ShilaShower :P *kasik bakar line sapa-sapa yang dok malas-malas lagi nak take care of berat badan, hihihi* Jangan taktau, Mat Kown pun sama diet dah dengan I, suami isteri mestilah together-gether kan, hehe...

Bila fikir-fikir, I rasa happy sebab memilih untuk kurus pada tiga minggu yang lepas. Sebab? Tiga minggu tu cepat sangat berlalu, kalau hari tu I duduk melangut and bertangguh-tangguh jugak nak jaga badan, mesti hari ni I tak dapat tengok progress macam ni. So I told this to my husband, bersabar untuk 2-3 minggu pertama, but once you see the difference, you know that you have made a good choice TO START :) In my case, kalau I tak mula hari tu, highly likely berat sekarang masih 72-73kg. ;)
