Serious. Sepanjang bulan puasa ni, I lebih rela memasak dari pergi beli lauk di bazar Ramadhan. Entah, mungkin sebab waktu kerja sampai 4.30pm, jadi sempatlah nak rempit balik buat rancangan Ketuk Ketuk Periuk Belanga.
Atau mungkin, lauk pauk bazar Ramadhan tak kena selera tekak. Dan yang nyata, harga serba mencekik darah. Silap haribulan, lauk pun dah basi bila tiba waktu berbuka. -.- Sad.
Atau, mungkin dah terbiasa dari dulu, Mama saya jarang beli lauk dari bazar Ramadhan. Paling koman, paling simple mesti goreng ikan and ada sayur. Habis-habis pun tapau lauk dari rumah makcik. Haha. Kalau bazar ni, selalunya kita cari murtabak, roti bom or kuih. Lauk-pauk tu jarang sangat.

INGREDIENTS:
Egg tofu (2 packs)
Asparagus
Potatoes
2-3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cloves garlic (diced)
1 tbsp cornflour (mixed with 4 tbsp water)
HOW TO:
[1] Remove tofu from plastic and cut in 1-inch round. Pan-fried egg tofu until lightly browned (over medium heat). Set aside.
[2] In a medium pot, bring water to boil. Place asparagus and potatoes in, cook until just tender. Strain and set aside.
[3] Heat the frying pan again (as in step 1), stir fry garlic and add oyster sauce and later cornflour mix. Keep stirring the mixture for 2 minutes.
[4] Add in asparagus and potatoes, mix well. Finally add in the egg tofu and tadaa, siap! Sprinkle black-pepper to taste.
