Ok, untuk next 30 days, insyaallah I akan cuba update Diari Diet ini hari-hari. Paling sikit pun mesti nak share tentang menu harian, so nanti after 30 days I boleh analyze apa yang patut dan tak patut di makan. Cuma hari ini ada unsur-unsur terbabas sikit sebab aktiviti makan-makan. Tapi sikit jer lah, nothing to worry about. Esok lusa kita net off sikit meal lunch. :P
I sekarang dalam cabaran kurus 30 hari. Hari-hari mesti mau sarung PB minimum 8 jam sehari and hari-hari mesti minum 3-4L water and meals on basis 2HL shakes + 1 lunch. So far untuk 2 hari ni ok lagi. Masih patuh pada timetable arahan. Hihihi....
Tapi guna PB and minum air berbotol, memang hazabedah lah kan. First I'm sweating macam lepas buat kerja berat and second, toilet trip has never been easy since then. Tapi bertabahlah, nak tengok jugak, ajaib tak korset ini as it claimed to be and nak tengok amazing ker tidak nutrition dalam shake tu kan. Hihihihi...So I follow rules depa and I nak tunggu hasilnya. :P

Breakfast: HL Cappuccino Shake (400ml low fat milk + 1pc banana)
Brunch: 4 Tbsp Nasi Goreng Biasa
Lunch: 5 Tbsp Nasi Beriyani Egg
Tea Time: BBQ (small bowl of mushroom soup, 1 bun, 2 sate, 1 slice of rainbow cake, 1 Nandos Peri Corn)
Dinner: HL Vanilla Shake (400ml low fat milk + 3pcs strawberries)
Total plain water: 1.55L (300ml + 400ml + 100ml + 750ml)
Total tea mix: 1.6L (400ml + 400ml + 400ml + 400ml)
To sum up, countless of toilet visit! :P
