Ini ha dia. Skipping rope.

Can't remember when was the last time I skipped. Sekolah rendah agaknya. Sebenarnya sebelum ni dah pernah beli dua ropes from fitness shop, tapi tali dia tak best. Macam tak swing dalam kadar yang sepatutnya.

But this classic skipping rope memang terbaik! And the best thing is, harga cuma RM3!

Well, it looks like my body needs extra help in order to shed off those kilos and with that, I'm going extra miles now with skipping. Barang murah hasil lumayan, harap-haraplah :P Surprisingly, I think I can do skipping for a good 15 minutes than running on a treadmill or jogging. Kalau jogging, baru 5 minit mak dah semput nokssss!

*just in case u nampak makhluk terlompat-lompat dekat park Desa Parkcity, ada harapan itu ialah I* Hehehe....

Early morning - 400ml water
Breakfast - 400 HL shake + 400ml tea mix + 400ml water
Snack - 3pcs Jacobs High Fibre + 400ml tea mix + 400ml water
Lunch - Nasi Campur + 400ml tea mix + 400ml water
Dinner - 400 HL shake (add 3pcs strawberries) + 400ml tea mix + 400ml water

Total plain water: 2.0L
Total tea mix: 1.6L
