Early morning - 250ml water + 250ml water
Breakfast - 250ml tea mix + 250ml HL shake (250ml Dutch Lady low fat milk + 2tbsp HL + 1tbsp cereal)
In between - 400ml water + 400ml tea mix + 200ml water + 1 green apple
Lunch - Brown rice + veggies + cencaru bakar
In between - 400ml tea mix + 400ml water + 200ml water
Evening - 1 small bar dark chocolate + 450ml water + 700ml water + 250ml water
Dinner - 300ml shake + 200ml tea + 700ml water

Total plain water: 3.8L
Total tea mix: 1.25L


Saturday 11/02/2012

Early morning - 250ml water + 250ml water + 250ml tea mix
Breakfast - 300ml shake + 250ml water
In between - 750ml water + 250ml water
Snack - 200ml low fat yogurt + 200ml tea mix + 750ml water
Lunch - Nasi lauk :P + 100ml honey lemon tea mix
In between - 750ml water + 250ml tea mix + 750ml water + 250ml tea mix
Dinner - 300ml shake + 300ml water + 300ml water

Total plain water: 4.6L
Total tea mix: 1.05L

Sunday - 12/02/2012

Early morning - 250ml water + 250ml water + 300ml honey lemon tea mix
Breakfast - 300ml shake + 3pcs strawberries + 300ml water
In between - 750ml water + 750ml tea mix
Lunch - Nasi lauk
In between - 800ml water + 200ml tea mix + 200ml water
Dinner - Mihun goreng :P + keropok lekor + cakoi!!
In between - 200ml water + 250ml tea mix + 1500ml water

Total plain water: 4.25L
Total tea mix: 1.50L

Monday - 13/02/2012

Early morning - 250ml water + 250ml water + 250ml tea mix
Breakfast - 300ml shake
In between - 750ml water + 1 green apple
Lunch - Brown rice + sup ayam + veggies
In between - 800ml water + 750ml water + 750ml water
Dinner - 300ml shake + 250ml tea mix + 500ml water

Total plain water: 4.05L
Total tea mix: 0.5L


Well, semalam kurang minum tea mix, sebab ceritanya badan tiba-tiba jadi allergy taktau pasai apa. Kronik! Sampai pergi klinik pukul 6.30 pagi and dapat injection satu das. :P Balik rumah terus lalok, tidur from 9am sampai petang. So agak kurang bancuh tea sebab macam tak ingat nak bancuh. Haha. Harap allergy or my manager kata namanya GEGATA takkan datang lagi. Merana weh! Dah rasa diri umpama alien.

Lepas tu hajat nak jogging pun tak dapat diteruskan buat masa ini, kaki terseliuh belum sembuh-sembuh. -_____-"

Tapi nak buat komen tentang program yang dah dua minggu berjalan, I think my body dah mula bertindak balas menyingkirkan lemak :P Yeay! Berat (pagi2) now dalam range 69.5 - 70.5 which dah banyak improve berbanding sebelum ini. Hati masih cekal nak teruskan sebab tak sabar nak tunggu bila tiba saat boleh pakai Levis 29. Hehehe...

Eyh, nanti sambung lagi. I ada kerja. Tata! Nanti I buat review lepas 2 minggu menggunakan korset ajaib pulak okels?
