Menikmati cuti panjang hari tu dengan bersenang lenang di rumah, so nak pegang laptop adalah malas sikit. :P Then few days after, ramai pulak yang datang dok tanya "mana update diari diet ni?" Hahaha! Ramai rupanya peminat Diari Diet ShilaShower okeh? Ini macam kalu, Celebrity Fitness ker, Fitness First kena sponsor ShilaShower, baru sesuaiiii T____T Hihihi..Traffic mencanak naik semenjak dua menjak ada Diari Diet ni, kuikuikui!!
Ok. Ok. Tanpa membuang masa, mula-mula I nak listkan menu-menu tergendala dulu okies? Eyh but before that, untuk yang tanya progress berat, sesungguhnya berat masih di takuk lama. Dalam 70-71 kg la range selamat tuh, tapi I tak kisahlah and tak demotivated pun bila tengok scale tak improve because I'm giving myself a good 12 weeks untuk berubah. Sekarang baru 2 minggu maaaa...And most diet plan pun, tak kisahlah dekat buku ker, dekat Google ker, semua buat transformation plan yang 12 weeks period punya, jadi mari bersabar dulu. :)
