At least minyak boleh pilih and boleh kontrol, fats dekat ayam & daging boleh kikis buang, Ajinomoto boleh kick off, and boleh add spices to help increase your metabolism. Gituuuu.
Nasi? Go buy brown rice. See? Diet versi ShilaShower tak akan pernah sakit otak. No crash diet, and over time, hasil tercapai and dapat maintain weight. ^____^ Hang nak laju-laju kurus, 7 hari hilang 10 kilo, ilmu itu takdak kat sini. Ok, back to our rancangan Ketuk Ketuk Periuk Belanga, bahan-bahannya ada seperti di bawah yer puan-puan. Or tuan-tuan if any.
INGREDIENTS:
Daging (banyak mana ikut suka berapa kepala nak makan. Use terderloin. As the name goes, memang tender, tak payah goreng lama, daging dah sedia lembut)
2 cloves garlic (diced to fine pcs)
4 tbsp Thai chili sauce
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp chili paste (cili giling, sama la kot tu kan?)
1 tbsp cornflour (mixed with 4 tbsp water)
Black-pepper
Capsicum
Leek
Pineapple (cut small)
HOW TO:
[1] Slice beef into slices and remove any excess fats. Sprinkle black-pepper, mix well and set aside to marinate.
[2] Heat a wok in medium-high heat. Add 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Add garlic and leek, stir fry for 1 minute to release fragrance. Add beef and continue stirring for 5 minutes.
[3] Add thai sauce, chili sauce and chili paste, mix well. Add cornflour mixture and stir to thicken the sauce.
[4] Add capsicum and pineapple and stir fry everything together. Siap :)
[5] Test-taste the dish accordingly. Sugar, salt, squeeze of lime, extra chili, all can be adjusted to your own taste.
